SECURITY AND HYGIENE MEASURES

The health and safety of our guests and team is essential, especially during a situation as delicate as today.

It has made us reflect and want to improve our services, making us come back with more strength, more ideas and more love.

We have taken a series of measures designed for the health and safety of all.

CLEANING AND SAFETY

CLEANING MEASURES

  • We increase daily cleaning, especially in the areas of greatest contact.

  • To protect our clients, we incorporate ozone generators that guarantee complete disinfection.

  • We use specific products that guarantee security conditions.

  • At the entrance of the building and in each apartment we include hand gel sanitizer.

  • The apartments are disinfected and ventilated between each stay.

ELEVATOR USE

  • We recommend using the elevator to go up to any floor and using the stairs to go down.

  • Avoid direct contact, as much as possible, with
    railings, push buttons and mirrors.

  • Priority for people with reduced mobility or people carrying cargo.

  • After using the elevator, please wash your hands with soap and water.

TEXTILE CLEANING

  • "Dirty" textiles are not shaken, they get into a
    bag until your laundry treatment.

  • Bed sheets are not deposited on the floor.

  • All textiles are washed at 60ºC.

  • When the washing is finished, all textiles material are placed in tumble dryers at 90ºC.

  • Finally, ironing is done at 150ºC.

CHECK-IN

  • We are happy to receive you in the office if you wish, complying with security and cleaning measures (always during our office hours).

  • On the other hand, we give the opportunity make a self check-in, collecting the keys in the padlocks located in the same building.

 Prevent the spread of COVID-19:

                                       

  • Wearing face masks is compulsory

  • Wash your hands often. Use soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

  • Keep a safe distance from anyone who coughs or sneezes.

  • Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.

  • When you cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with your elbow flexed or with a tissue.

  • Stay home if you feel bad.

  • If you have a fever, cough, and shortness of breath, seek medical attention. Call ahead.

  • Follow the instructions of your local health agency.
